The Business Development Representative will provide sales development and support on new business opportunities. Make on-site presentations. Identify, research and secure new business opportunities utilizing prospecting skills and community/business networking opportunities to increase revenue, improve contribution and diversify product lines and expand geographical service area. Develop and maintain relationships in local business community to develop, enhance and maintain knowledge base of industry changes and community needs, as well as development of business and industry relationships to enhance sales and recruitment opportunities. Develop sales strategy in concert with district and divisional business plans utilizing strategic planning process that encompasses division plan growth and industry trends in order to ensure coordination of district efforts to achieve goals.
Maintain knowledge of industry standards, changes, and trends both nationally and in the defined district. Identify and coordinate industry related trade shows and job fair opportunities in order to increase KER name and product recognition in community.

Desirable qualifications and experience:
BA/BS. Require 3 years in the sale or recruiting of IT products or services. You must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and strong customer satisfaction skills. Ability to work within a "team approach" essential. Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet).
