The Qatar General Postal Corporation and the Moroccan Post Office (Barid Al Maghrib) signed, Monday in Doha, two agreements to strengthen cooperation in the field and issue a common post stamp.
The agreements, signed on the sidelines of the 25th Congress of the Universal Postal Union, held in Doha, reflects the two countries? willingness to develop their relations in the field of the post and postal financial services, towards ensuring services that meet the specific requirements of the new technology.
The two parties undertake, under the first agreement, to further develop postal services through an integrated partnership for expertise sharing in the field of new technologies and financial and postal services.
The second agreement relates to the issuance of a common post stamp. It aims to consolidate the friendly, cooperation relations between the two countries.
The issuance of the stamp is scheduled for Tuesday on the occasion of the International Post Day.
