This issue has came up a few time in the last few months. We are able to close this loan. We will use the address that is on the old note and upload the USPS address showing they are one of the same. As long as DU can read ?"old" property it should not be a problem. We would simple upload a letter of explanation and explain why there is an address discrepancy. Please review my profile.
