The Business Services Representative is responsible for a wide range of administrative and account management activities. Specific duties include following up with insurance companies to verify patient medical plan benefits and interacting with physician office personnel and patients regarding financial issues. This individual should possess solid computer and communication skills. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
requirements / education
High school diploma or GED required. Insurance follow up experience of at least 2 years, previous physician billing in a business office setting, ability to type 50 wpm, 10-key by touch are required.
