?Abstract? With approach of information era, especially development of information revolution in web technology, great changes have taken place in the accounting environment, traditional finance & accounting field is now experiencing new challenges and revolution, the application of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is becoming a prominent trend of the new finance times. However, it is not always plain sailing to the implementation of ERP in enterprise information construction.A corporation is a wholly foreign owned company, with the rapid increase of business in China, the disadvantage of tradition bookkeeping by manual and extensive managements are becoming obvious. A corporation decided to apply Kingdee ERP system to improve business efficiency and profits in corporation.This article narrates the experience of company?s ERP implementation, as well bringing out problems involved in financial module and analyzing the root causes company is facing, at last, the article proposes suggestions for A enterprise, which provide consult value for company which are preparing to implement ERP system. This article was divided into five chapters. The preface is related to the meaning of this article and study purpose; The 1st chapter cites the theory for ERP development stage, management idea, implementation theory; The 2rd chapter summarizes the effects of introducing ERP on traditional accounting; The 3th chapter provides the background information of A Enterprise, the experience of three times implementation, and the main application process in system; The 4th chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes after the implementation; The last chapter proposes constructive suggestions and projects for resolution based on the above analysis.
